You may reschedule your appointment up until midnight THE DAY BEFORE your scheduled appointment. You may also cancel online 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. If you DO NOT and try to reschedule or cancel day of, there will be a 20% fee charged to your card on file to cover the therapists lost time. “No Call, No Show" will also result in a 20% charge through the card on file as well. For "Groupon Customers" a 20% fee will be processed through your Groupon itself, for same day cancellations OR "No call No shows", leaving you with a credit for a future massage.
